State University of Trade and Economics (SUTE) is an innovative Ukrainian university, social change initiator, and multiplier of positive effects. The key objective of our project is to spread the core EU principles of gender equality and female empowerment in educative process at KNUTE and its EU universities-partners. The competitive syllabus, designed by team members with a diversified background in European integration and gender studies and ready to be implemented in universities-partners in the EU, will shape the knowledge on EU gender sensitive legislature within inclusion and diversity concept; evolution of the EU institutional framework for promoting female empowerment, qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing female empowerment in the EU. The main activities embrace interactive training sessions with brainstorming and workshops aimed at obtaining soft and hard skills by participants, networking, and exchanging ideas during annual conferences. The project beneficiaries are students, faculty members, and the management of educational institutions that will serve as agents of social change. Our expected results are forming the inclusive mind-set of the young generation via disclosing positive impacts of high levels of gender security on ensuring the inclusiveness and increased innovativeness of EU and Ukrainian communities. The outputs of the module include articles, a textbook, minutes of annual conferences embracing students, faculty members and social activists, cooperation with the information portal Comments.ua, using the project website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. The main indicators include the number of participants – 90 (baseline) and 120 (target); percentage of females – 50 (baseline) and 70 (target); percentage of correct answers in final testing – 70 (baseline) and 90 (target); the educative value-added as the difference between entering and finishing testing, number of visitors and comments at the project Internet-pages.
