Description | EUINSOL Module objectives are: (i) Improving students', professionals', entrepreneurs' and consumers' knowledge of European Insolvency Law; (ii) Establishment of a European academic research network and think tank on Insolvency Law; (iii) Better regulation on European Insolvency Law through the participation of entrepreneurs, business organisations, social agents and consumers; (iv) Creation of a digital learning environment on European Insolvency Law. To achieve these objectives, the Module propose the following actions: (i) Implementation of an annual training course on European Insolvency Law; (ii) Holding two International Scientific Congresses of reference in the field of European Insolvency Law; (iii) Holding of entrepreneurs and business organisations workshops; (iv) Creation of a website and on-line publication of course materials, assignments, reports and videos from the Module. Target groups benefiting from these actions are: (i) Law students; (ii) Insolvency professionals: judges, lawyers, advisors and economists; (iii) Professionals and students in the field of mediation as well as social and health professionals and students, such as social agents or psychologists; (iv) entrepreneurs, consumers and policy makers. Expected results are: (i) Implementation in the host institution of a training course in European Insolvency Law, currently non-existent in its curricula; (ii) Establishment of a European academic, professional and social network that promotes teaching and research in EU Insolvency Law; (iii) Dissemination of EU Insolvency Law instruments and promotion of their use among citizens as an integral part of their legal status as European citizens. Outputs to be produced by the Module are: Creation of website: “europeaninsolvencylaw.com”; training course materials, workshops package of training materials and videos publishing on the website; publication of two collective books in paper and digital format of the International Scientific Congresses; |
