The project European institutions and EU enlargement: The new institutional culture, -EU.E. N.I.C, supports and enhances the scope of EU studies, as it comprises the study of the EU in its entirety, with particular emphasis on the EU integration and enlargement process, in both its internal and external aspects. The project promotes the “acquis communautaire” and the existing EU policies and activities. The structure of the lectures, winter seminar, summer school, promotes a better knowledge of the Architecture of EU governance, the history and the liaison with countries which are in the accession process, the External Actions of EU, the creation of European identity and policies of EU, regarding to the priorities of European Commission 2019-2024 .More specific, European interests and values on the global stage is the main topic of the structure of the project. The project contributes at the priorities of the call, as the focus is put on raising awareness of and understanding the European Union context, notably as regards the common EU values, the principles of unity and diversity, as well as their social, cultural and historical heritage. The extent of the proposal reaches priority target groups students/audiences who do not automatically come into contact with European studies. The innovation of the project, enhance EU public diplomacy, cultivating EU values and policies, as it supports the guidelines of the strategy for the Western Balkans, promoting the EU values and the EU identity in young people of Albania, so they will have the skills for the reform of their country. Also, the objective of the project is to fill that gap and contribute to the functional preparation of Albanian students in view of its future accession to the EU. Furthermore, the project targets to create impact by training future professional who have acquired a spheric knowledge of the subject as their future work on embedment EU Institutions in their countries.
