ELRA is made up by 31 Land Registries organizations of 25 EU countries Objectives - To improve effectiveness of application of EU legislation: study of obstacles to implement in Land Registry (LR), judicial decisions and authentic acts issued in another MS - Training of land registrars in EU law to enhance the application of EU acquis -To promote understanding between land registries using ICT to develop a EU registration space -Strengthen quality and interconnection of information delivered by LRs and ensure cross-border use by authorities and citizens -Permanent assistance to EC in relation to LR Interconnection project (LRI) and IMOLA -To cooperate with EJN to facilitate cooperation between judges and LRs, with academics, ELI, and the Common Vision Group -To cooperate in EU projects, EU ADAPT, to elaborate the correspondence between real rights in EU Impacts -To facilitate access to the LR information, its comprehension, and registration of judicial decisions -To enhance free movement of documents related to transactions on immoveable properties -To improve tools to obtain the information in a understandable way -Recommendations to achieve EU legislative implementation in LRs -To enhance the quality of data and metadata of the LR information General activities -Internal meetings ELRA Board -Holding General Assembly -ELRN workshops to study best practices to register foreign documents, judiciary resolutions and practical implementation of EU acquis -Assistance EJN seminars, ELI conferences and other EU associations -Collaboration international forums as IPRA-CINDER Beneficiaries -Legal officers from EU Land Registry associations -Judicial authorities, legal practitioners, academics, citizens Deliverables -Recommendations on EU legislation including requirements for registration of judiciary resolutions in LR -New Fact Sheets and improvement the information offered in the website - e-tools to facilitate CPs cooperation -Maintenance IMOLA platform
