Description
Description | The curricular design of UCLV bachelor degrees does not include courses oriented towards the study of European Union Law, which limits the knowledge of European legal norms and public policies. As well as the application of good practices in third countries. This is the first time that this type of initiative will be implemented at UCLV. The present proposal has been designed on the basis of a partnership strategy of the parties involved. The main objective of this present proposal is: To promote at UCLV the study of European Union Law through Sustainable Development Goals 2 and 7 with a multi- and interdisciplinary perspective. For its development, the interactive platform for online education Moodle of the UCLV will be used. The first specific objective is to characterise the process of elaboration and approval of public policies and legal norms in the EU focused on SDGs 2 and 7 from a multi- and interdisciplinary perspective. The second specific objective is aimed at: Systematise good legislative experiences and practices in the implementation and enforcement of SDGs 2 and 7 through the Common Agricultural Policy and the Green Deal. To this objectives, the module will be implemented in three curricula: Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. The delivery of the module will be developed in a multi- and inter-disciplinary environment with a faculty with a high level of expertise in the topics to be addressed. The main results are: updating of three undergraduate programmes, co-authored / joint peer reviewed scientific publications based on data collected/analysed through the support of the project directed to the good practices, International Workshop on good practices in the European Union in compliance with SDGs 2 and 7. |
