"EUSIM - European University Sports Inclusion Manager is a knowledge and skills development project that responds to the priority ""Inclusion and Diversity"" and has as its main objective to work on the definition of a new professional profile in the European university sports landscape: the European University Sports Inclusion Manager. The EUSIM - European University Sports Inclusion Manager project is relevant to the Erasmus+ Programme in a way that will allow participating organisations to increase the quality and inclusion of sports activities in their territories of reference, to develop and strengthen their partner networks, to increase the capacity to operate jointly at a transnational level, enhancing the internationalisation of activities and exchanging or developing new practices and methods, as well as sharing and comparing ideas. The European University Sports Inclusion Manager is in fact a managerial figure to be included within the University Sports Federations to develop, organise, coordinate and implement programmes, projects and activities of sports inclusion within the organisation and its territorial offices. Therefore, the EUSIM project intends to contribute to the promotion of an inclusive culture within the European Union, with specific reference to the world of university sport, through the involvement of five National University Sports Federations operating in the EU territory. The objectives of the project will be achieved thanks to a training program that will allow the training of 10-20 European University Sports Inclusion Managers. Through this program, the European University Sports Inclusion Manager Manual will be formalized."
