Description

Description

"The German Gymnastic Federation has been the National Coordinator for the European Week of Sport in Germany for seven years and intends to improve physical activity in the following years with many #BeActive events in the upcoming period. The EWoS gains more impact with every year. The activities help with promoting physical activities and sport in Germany and strengthen the clubs providing possibilities to be active. Regional governments have already started to implement programmes which include the EWoS and an action plan to get people more active. Moreover, many new partners have heard of the week and actively ask how they can become a part of #BeActive. The week has been growing and is a very important tool to promote the benefits of physical activities."
