The EuroTeQ Engineering University builds on the conviction that current societal and technological developments call for a paradigm shift in the engineering education of the future. We bridge scientific disciplines, educational systems and national borders to re-engineer learning and teaching at our universities and as such redefine the engineering profession in a European context. The EuroTeQ consortium consisting of six leading Universities of Science and Technology strategically expands to two highly respected business schools to increase our impact on society. Our eight partners are spread across Europe, each situated in innovation ecosystems, and build on extensive collaboration experience. Four core missions are central to EuroTeQ2030: (1) Build the EuroTeQ Campus, to create flexible learning paths and seamless, diversified mobility for our students. (2) Advance the EuroTeQ Collider, to integrate stakeholders and learners from all sectors in a unique, international challenge-based learning experience. (3) Boost the EuroTeQ Professional to open-up agile lifelong learning paths, promoting a strengthened European identity in our technology-driven, highly dynamic environment. And (4) Promote the EuroTeQ (Collaboration) Hub to ensure continuous scientific guidance through design-based research, bridging the gap between educational research and pedagogical practice. Two cross-cutting work packages interconnect the core missions and support the effective and efficient project implementation and outreach: a) Execute the EuroTeQ Management with a focus on continuous monitoring, change management and sustainability and b) Expand the EuroTeQ Outreach with a focus on strong key messages, institutional and societal impact. It is our ambition to develop a diversified partnership with flexible entry points for new partners in the future and by doing so become a role model for the European Higher Education Area and beyond.
