Eurydice National Unit in Moldova under the Erasmus+ Programme

Moldova joined the Eurydice Network in 2024. During the first stage, the Eurydice National Unit in Moldova developed a selection of chapters in the National description, namely: Overview, Chapters 1 to 8, 14, and 15, developed promotion activities. The objective of the new Eurydice Moldova project is to increasingly participate in the activities of the Eurydice Network. The Eurydice National Unit in Moldova will engage in the following activities: In 2025: • National descriptions: Develop Chapters 9 to 13 and page 16 Update Chapter 14 'On-going Reforms and Policy Developments' by 15th September • Facts and Figures. Participate in the data collection for : School calendars Organization of the academic year in Europe • Thematic analysis. Participate in the feasibility study for: Mobility scoreboard Participate in the data collection for the: Well-being at school & Teachers/school leaders In 2026: • National descriptions: Update at least 10 sub-headings every year. This must be performed before 31st March based on the annual revised guide to content Update Chapter 14 'On-going Reforms and Policy Developments' by 31st March and 15th September • Facts and Figures. Participate in the data collection for : Teachers ' and school heads' salaries and allowances in Europe School calendars in Europe Organization of the academic year in Europe National student fee and support systems in European higher education Structure of the European Education systems • Thematic analysis: Mobility scoreboard Placeholder As a part of the project activities, the Eurydice National Unit in Moldova will organize promotional activities at the national level which will contribute to the visibility of the Eurydice Network. The Eurydice Moldova will facilitate access to the national education system level data, necessary for the comparison between countries. The aim is to gather exhaustive national information that enables further data analyses, aimed to support the EU policy actions.
