Eurydice National Unit in Moldova under the Erasmus+ Programme

The objective of the Eurydice Moldova project is to create, update, and maintain the Eurydice National Unit in the Republic of Moldova as a part of the Eurydice Network. The overall objective of the Eurydice National Unit in Moldova (Eurydice Moldova) project is to contribute towards a better mutual understanding of education systems in Europe through the production of country-specific information for the Republic of Moldova, comparable country descriptions, and indicators. The Eurydice National Unit in Moldova will facilitate access to the national education system level data that are necessary for the comparison between countries. The aim is to gather exhaustive national information that enables further data analyses, aimed to support the Commission’s policy actions and facilitate cooperation in education at the EU level. In the frame of this 15 months project, the Eurydice National Unit in Moldova will implement only the part of the activities conceived in the Eurydice Work Programme 2023-2024, namely will set up, update, and maintain the presentation of the national education system of the Republic of Moldova in the Eurydice National Education Systems (https://eurydice.eacea.ec.europa.eu/national-education-systems) for the following chapters: − Overview − Chapters 1 to 8 − Chapters 14 and 15. As a part of the project activities, the Eurydice National Unit in Moldova will organize promotional activities at the national level which will contribute to the visibility of the Eurydice Network.
