The central role of the Eurydice Network is to support evidence-based European cooperation in the field of education by providing European-level analyses and information on education policies as a support to the decision-making processes. The aim of the National Unit Serbia is to contribute to improved mutual understanding of education systems in Europe by producing country specific information, comparable country descriptions, indicators and data for the comparative studies in the field of education and training based on the updated policy information on the national level. More specifically, in the context of the framework provide by network, the National Unit Serbia aims to: • proactively contribute to scoping individual activities to ensure their relevance also for national policy making; • provide the central Eurydice Unit in the Executive Agency with mostly qualitative and normative information and data on their education systems based on the official documents, such as laws, decrees, regulations and recommendations; • promote Eurydice results at national level in accordance with the communication strategy.
