Evaluating Effects of Poverty Reduction Programs & Disseminating Lessons Learned

The objective of this TC is to consolidate and disseminate lessons learned from the implementation of two poverty reduction cash. Several aspects of the effects of these programs are not well known, since they have not been analyzed. Specifically, the TC will evaluate how these programs through their interventions in health and education affect these families decisions to: i) increase their health and that of their children by regulating the frequency of pregnancies and births, ii) reduce their need to migrate looking for better means to support their families, or iii) invest in their communities and the productivity of their crops, if engaged in agriculture transfers programs that the Bank has financed in Honduras and Nicaragua.
