Approximately $800,000 will be available in fiscal year 2009 to fund approximately 4 awards. The purpose of the program is to support rigorous evaluation of interventions to determine if they reduce HIV-related risk behaviors (e.g., sex or drug injection behaviors) or new HIV or STD diagnoses.
