Description | The Everett Link Extension is a light rail project studying 16 miles of light rail and seven new stations connecting Snohomish County to the regional light rail network, including Everett, unincorporated Snohomish County, and Lynnwood. The project also includes an Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) North. The final set of alternatives for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was decided in July 2023, and public input is being gathered through August 28, 2025, as part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) scoping process. Construction is expected to begin in 2030 with an opening between 2037 and 2041. |
