Description | Evermont is a Los Angeles County-led affordable housing development located at the intersection of Vermont and Manchester Avenues in South Los Angeles. The project includes two buildings, Luminus and Vista, totaling 180 residential units. Luminus offers 118 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for families, while Vista provides 62 units of permanent supportive housing for seniors. The development also features a new transit plaza, parking structure, Metro training facility, and the public boarding school SEED LA. Ground-floor retail space is being developed by Primestor and is expected to open later in the year. |
