SPV is EVM Tenedora, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of EVM Energia. Total cost of the project is $ 740 million and is secured by Citibank, BNP Paribas, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, SNC who acted as banking Syndicate on the financing.
