The project mainly consists of bringing the following elements of the arena up to standard: changing rooms, showers, toilets, exterior cladding, insulation, roofing, accessibility to the building. It also aims to expand the building in order to add changing rooms, an adequate first aid room, toilets adapted for disabled people and an infrastructure allowing accessibility to the building for people with reduced mobility. Replacement of the exterior cladding, insulation, part of the plumbing and the installation of sprinklers for fire safety are also provided. Other related work can also be done.
