Expansion of EV Charging Infrastructure in Anne Arundel County, Maryland

Ameresco is collaborating with The Resilience Authority of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Maryland to install 82 new electric vehicle (EV) charging ports across nine county-owned facilities. The project includes a combination of Level 2 and DC fast chargers to support light- and medium-duty fleet vehicles, aiming to reduce environmental footprints and operating costs through fleet electrification. The project also incorporates a smart charging management system to optimize energy use and reduce electrical capacity requirements.
