Expansion of Intellectual Property Office (IPO) ISA Building

The project involved the renovation and expansion of the existing ISA building of the Intellectual Property Office at Dwarka, New Delhi. The expansion added five new floors to the existing two floors, increasing the total built-up area to 140,120 square feet and capacity to accommodate over 700 personnel. The building includes administrative offices, workspaces for IP officers, examination halls, and a state-of-the-art International Training Centre. It also incorporates eco-friendly features such as rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.
