Description | The Project would, over a period of five years, strengthen the Agricultural Extension service and establish a Farm Management Advisory Service, both of which would bring essential know-how to the farm level. The Project would directly benefit the 195,000 farm families engaged in crop production, as well as the farm workers working on state and cooperative farms. The Project would also contribute towards manpower development and income distribution. The success of the Project would depend to a great extent on adequate coordination between the Extension and Farm Management Services, research input supply agencies and marketing organizations. |
