Description | The Ministry of Power has extended the benefit of Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) charge waivers for solar and wind projects facing commissioning delays due to non-readiness of transmission infrastructure. Projects with a firm start date of connectivity between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2028 remain eligible for graded ISTS charge waivers even if commissioning is delayed due to transmission constraints. Projects with connectivity on or before June 30, 2025 may be eligible for 100% waiver. |
