Description	The proposed project would involve the installation of water services (including transmission and distribution water mains and a standpipe) and sanitary services along a 1.5km stretch of Larocque Road. The infrastructure would service 12 dwellings on Larocque Road currently on private services and would facilitate additional future residential development in the area. In particular, an application for a 72 lot subdivision was received for a property on Larocque Road in 2011 that requires access to the proposed services in order to move forward. A number of large vacant properties are also available in the area for similar development proposals. In addition, the proposed water services would provide more secure fire flow for the Nipissing University and Canadore College campus located to the South.
