The FACILEUROPE+ project aims to meet the needs of professionals in the teaching of European issues, which are often poorly understood. In addition to the themes of citizenship, environment, and migration, the initiative focuses on new essential themes, notably peace, and a more accessible approach for young people, highlighting European cultural diversity. The aim is to offer content adapted to each school cycle, including language teaching. The main objectives of the program are to: - Train primary and secondary school teachers through joint scientific training on Europe, co-constructed with researchers and education professionals. - Develop innovative teaching methods, integrating graphic facilitation to make learning more engaging. - Create training courses delivered in hybrid mode (face-to-face and digital) and validated by a certificate. - Enhance the FACILEUROPE training kit with new tools and a digital platform for knowledge dissemination. - Facilitate content appropriation by FACILEUROPE+ ambassadors in the classroom. The project addresses a key challenge: integrating Europe more fully into French education, particularly by reaching the students who are the furthest from these issues. It draws on solid academic expertise (Jean Monnet UniPaix, LIPE) and reinforces the creation of resources accessible to all academic levels.
