Fair Park Operations Reimagining

planned

Dallas Park & Recreation is proposing a hybrid operations model for Fair Park to enhance economic activation. The plan includes maintaining city responsibility for maintenance and programming while bringing in private partners for event booking, promotion, parking, security, and venue management. The goal is to pursue large-scale events and integrate retail, restaurants, and hospitality to make Fair Park a year-round destination.
