Description | The Falcon Project is a lithium mining project located adjacent to Brazil's two operating lithium mines, CBL and Sigma Lithium, in the Lithium Valley of Brazil. Emerita Resources Corp. had an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the project but title was never transferred. The project is currently held by Lithium Ionic Corp., which went public in May 2022. Shareholders of Emerita are demanding legal action to recover the project from Lithium Ionic Corp. due to alleged misappropriation by former directors and officers of Emerita. |
