Farmplast Agri-Business Facility Expansion in Muncy

planned

Farmplast LLC, an agri-business manufacturer, has purchased a 200,000 square foot facility in Muncy, Pennsylvania, to expand its operations. The company plans to create 69 new full-time jobs initially, with potential expansion to hundreds of jobs once the plant begins operation in about a year. The facility will manufacture milk crates, bread trays, and totes using injection molding machines, with a focus on recycled plastic materials. The project includes a $8 million company capital investment and $4 million in state funding to support agriculture and manufacturing jobs.
