The São Paulo-based developer currently operates 100 MW of distributed solar generation projects across the country and aims to reach 230 MW of operational assets by 2025. The project includes constructing 71 solar projects across 14 states in Brazil, with full operation expected by June 2024. The total project cost is $64.4 million (R$320 million), secured through a bond issuance by Faro Energy, arranged by Santander and BTG Pactual. The senior secured notes, rated AAA by Fitch Ratings, will mature in 2038.
