Road condition was also assessed and roads in poor condition and those impacted by underground utility upgrades will be reconstructed as part of this project. Phase 3A’s scope will include 792m sanitary sewer main, 82m sanitary sewer services, 304m watermain, 23 m water services and 930m of public roads.
