Description	Feasibility study to determine if gravity discharge of the lagoons is possible or if installing bigger pumps is the best solution in order to be able to discharge seasonally. Project will proceed to complete design solution as per the recommendations from the feasibility study. At this time, the lagoons are not being discharged as per regulations.
