The poject cmpany, Guangxi Fenglin Forestry Development Co. Ltd. (Fenglin or the cmpany), is one of the largest medium-density fiberboard (MDF) manufacturers in China with a production capacity of 140,000 m3 p.a.. Headquartered in Nanning, Guangxi province in China, the Company supplies MDF boards to the country’s fast growing furniture and construction industries. The purpose of the poject is to expand the production capacity of the cmpany through the addition of a new 150,000 m3 continuous press medium- and high-density fiberboard line (MDF and HDF), a flooring panel line and a decorative panel line – all in Baise, Guangxi province in China. Another component of the project is to establish and develop an additional 200,000 mu fast growing and high yielding plantation forest to build up sufficient raw material supply for the company.
