Description | The project entails the construction of a waste-to-energy plant in Fengxin county, Jiangxi province, China. Zhejiang Weiming Environmental Protection Co Ltd signed a 30-year build-own-operate (BOO) contract with the People's Government of Fengxin County for the project on July 5, 2018. The facility will be constructed in 2 phases, with Phase I having a 600 tpd capacity and Phase II a 300 tpd capacity. The total capacity of the facility is processing 328,500 tonnes of municipal solid waste per year. Total investment amounts to $131 million.
