Estimate project cost is around RMB 230 million or $ 34.1 million. The Fengyang Waste-to-Energy Project will be built in two phases on a build-own-operate (BOO) basis with a concession period of 30 years. On 8th June 2018, China Everbright announced that the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has approved a grant of RMB 19.62 million for the project.
