Description | On 22 February 2011, the management agreement regarding the Fenxi County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Fenxi County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province was formally signed between the local government and a local private company, Hebei Yongyi Ecological and Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.. The plant came into operation in October 2009 and its capacity is 10,000 cubic meters per day. The term of the management agreement is unknown. Yongyi has a 100% stake in the project. |
