Description | The Annex Dike Upgrades project includes upgrades to approximately 1800 linear metres of the existing Annex Dike (mostly set back dike), including raising of the dike to the identified flood construction level, re-constructing the dike slope, and crest and improving the erosion protection. This structural flood mitigation project will significantly reduce the likelihood of flood hazards to the Annex neighbourhood including risk to critical municipal infrastructure. The project includes upgrades to approximately 1800 linear metres of the existing Annex Dike, including raising of the dike to the identified flood construction level, re-constructing the dike slope and crest and improving the erosion protection.
