Description | The provision of a senior unsecured loan of up to US$ 50 million in US$ or MNT equivalent to Khan Bank JSC ("KB" or the "Company") ("WiB loan") under the Central Asia Women in Business II Programme under the Financial Intermediary Framework ("CA WiB II Programme"). The financing will be used for on-lending to eligible women-led and women-owned private micro, small and medium sized enterprises ("MSMEs") in Mongolia. The WiB loan will be provided in two tranches, Tranche A of up to US$ 20 million and an uncommitted Tranche B of up US$ 30 million. |
