Description | The provision of a two-year senior loan of up to US$ 25 million in the local currency equivalent to Uzpromstroybank JSCB (UzPSB). The Loan will be provided in two tranches of US$ 15 million and US$ 10 million, the second tranche will be uncommitted. The Loan will be provided under the Financial Intermediaries Framework ("FIF"). Loan proceeds will be on-lent to local small and medium companies and private entrepreneurs as per the eligibility criteria defined in the Policy Statement for SMEs. The use of proceeds will be monitored based on quarterly sub-loan reports provided by UzPSB. |
