Fillmore Gardens Toilet Leak Detection Initiative

under construction

The City of Phoenix launched a toilet leak detection initiative at Fillmore Gardens, a City-operated affordable housing community. The project installs smart leak detection sensors to identify hidden toilet leaks in real time, aiming to reduce water waste, improve maintenance response times, and support long-term water sustainability goals. This initiative builds on a previous pilot program at Sunnyslope Manor and involves collaboration between city departments and private partners.
