Description
Description | Film Fest Gent programme 2023-2024, including the 50th and 51st editions of Flanders' most important generalist film festival that presents mainly European films to a wide and diverse audience during the festival period and throughout the year. Every year in October, FFG presents some 120 features and 40 shorts from all over the world with a main focus on European films. FFG selects a diverse programme of films that are presented in their Belgium première. This program is accompanied by various events (workshops, panels, Q&A’s, expo's, masterclasses, (in)formal networking meetings,...) reaching an overall audience of over 100,000 each year. The festival has a strong focus on film music and is an important platform in the ecosystem to support producers, sales, distributors, and cinemas in Belgium. |
