"As a leading European VOD platform, FILMIN has garnered recognition among the industry and audiences. The company's innovative approach has positioned it as a pioneer, inspiring counterparts across various countries to enhance the visibility, discoverability, and attractiveness of European content. With FILMIN Elevate, the platform aims to further solidify its position as a pivotal player in the industry's ongoing evolution and ensure that elevation is a shared story. For that, the proposed project includes different actions, such as partnerships, a collaborative lab, a Manifesto, and many others, ultimately leading to a competitive and sustainable VOD industry. FILMIN Elevate aims to facilitate a collective and consolidated transformation by integrating innovative technological advancements, fostering audience engagement, and promoting diversity and inclusivity. The overarching objective is to enhance the circulation, promotion, and distribution of European audiovisual works while engaging audiences of all ages, particularly young segments, across Europe and beyond. To achieve its ambitious vision, FILMIN will implement various initiatives, including the creation of a ""Manifestival"" for a triple transition of VoD, collaborative labs, debates with policymakers, and community interactions with cinema-related events and festivals. Furthermore, throughout the project, FILMIN will focus on enhancing the platform’s attractiveness, by introducing technological advances based on market research dedicated to new and highly potential segments. This includes improving user experience, and engagement through tailored improvements. The project will also leverage AI-driven capabilities for subtitles, dubbing, and translation to enhance discoverability and accessibility and boost content consumption across borders. Finally, FILMIN Elevate will also test new business models by evolving IT systems and exploring new platform integrations, including augmented reality (AR). "
