The proposed Finance Sector Development Program will help the Government of Vanuatu to achieve an inclusive and resilient finance sector that can support private sector-led recovery in Vanuatu. The program will support policy and institutional reforms for financial inclusion, compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), countering the financing of terrorism (CFT), countering proliferation financing (CPF) and exchange of information standards, and improving the business environment for private sector-led recovery and growth. The program will strengthen women's access to financial services and contribute to financial system resilience by facilitating infrastructure to increase access to and use of digital financial services.
