Our proposal is named “FinTech and EU Policy” and its aim is to contribute in enforcement of needed theoretical concepts in adopting financial technology in financial organizations and also organizations which operate outside financial system. Our project proposal is expected to be extended in a period of 3 years, 2023- 2026, during this time is foreseen to be organized about 300 hours in forms of lessons, seminars, 3 workshops, 4 open lessons and 3 summer schools. These hours will be realized with local professors. In addition to the teaching hours, an outcome of this project proposal will be also offering of new modules related to FinTech, which can improve teaching with contemporary methods in some topics regarding finance and banking sectors. The closure of the project with be accompanied also with our recommendations regarding the adapting of policies and legislation according to FinTech, as part of the process of integration in the EU. The purpose and objective of the Project proposal is to provide the needed theoretical and practical knowledge for finance specials in order to be prepared to adapt to the financial technology in this new financial industry area. This program will help new professionals to understand the evolution FinTech, in addition to the overall financial knowledge, by offering them the possibilities to benefit by every new opportunity. We believe and hope that this project proposal will help its participants to analyze in a critical manner financial markets and to create innovative ideas regarding the FinTech products. In addition, the participants of those modules will benefit also from gaining knowledge on legal and regulatory basis undertaken by EU. Also the workshop activities will be also a good place to discuss and develop different strategic methodologies for conveying the new program to other participants.
