Description | This project consists of replacing the existing roofs at fire stations #5 & #7. At both locations the roofs are over 30 years old and have surpassed their expected life expectancy. In addition, the roofs have shown signs of water leaks. City Staff have had their roofing contractor inspect both roofs and the contractor recommended the full replacement at both fire stations. The life expectancy of the renewed roofs is 25 years including shingles, plywood, and insulation which is included in the overall cost estimate. |
