Firefly Park Mixed-Use Development

Firefly Park is a 217-acre mixed-use development in Frisco near the intersection of PGA Parkway and Dallas North Tollway. The project includes residences, a hotel, retail and dining space, and a 45-acre park featuring lakes, trails, an art walk, and playgrounds. It will have 3 million square feet of office space, 400,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space, 1,200 hotel rooms, 1,970 mid- and high-rise residential units, and a 45-acre park. Infrastructure such as seven roads, utilities, and a bridge is about 90% complete. Construction has started on two residential communities, The Noc and Aurora, with completion expected in fall 2027. Retail construction will begin in December 2025, with completion by fall 2027. Construction on a hotel, office, chapel, event center, and parking garage will start in February 2026, with expected completion in fall 2027. The park construction is ongoing and expected to complete by early summer 2027.
