First Avenue New Storm System Upgrades

This project consists of installing a storm system on First Avenue in the town of Humber Arm South. During the last storm event, the existing storm system was undersized and could not handle the flows which caused damage to the Town’s infrastructure. The scope of the project includes: - preparation of the area and installation of a new storm system - conducting a water shed analysis of the surrounding area to properly size the storm system - replacement of the existing manholes and catch basins. The project aims to keep this area from washing out and keep residents safe from flooding and land erosion by managing stormwater.
