First line of credit to Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole (CNCA)

The present project concerns an agricultural credit line of UA 10 million granted to the Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole to finance its operations during the 1982-83 marketing year. The project is expected to contribute to increased crop production that would increase income and thereby improve the socio-economic conditions of participating farmers. At the national level, it should help the Moroccan government achieve its goal of increasing production and food self-sufficiency.
