The center will include a 70,000 square foot shell for a data center for a partner yet to be secured, and 30,000 square feet dedicated to academics, technology, and innovation. The project is part of a larger $1 billion master campus plan called Quantum Leap, which includes updating historic infrastructure, modernizing dorms, and expanding campus facilities.
