Flint Creek Access Improvement Project

North Alabama Trails and Recreation is launching a major project to improve access to Flint Creek by enhancing five sites along the creek. The project includes adding more access points, clearer guidance, new trailhead kiosks with instructions, and some new kayak launches. Point Mallard Park will serve as the first test site for self-service kayak stations, with potential expansion to other locations based on traffic.
