The total amount authorized for various capital projects in the budget is $244 million. The budget also includes funding for utility fund expenditures, debt service, and stormwater utility fund. Additionally, there is a proposed 5.25% increase in water and sewer rates and a new base residential stormwater fee of $6.50, with new rates planned to start in October 2025. |
