Fontainebleau Miami Beach will undergo a major redevelopment of its outdoor pool deck beginning in early 2026. The project will add new water features, family attractions, slides, and updated poolside entertainment to the 20-acre oceanfront property. The resort will remain operational throughout construction. The redevelopment includes new pools, expanded food and beverage service, and outdoor recreation areas available for private events. It is designed with resiliency features to comply with updated coastal building codes and includes environmental design elements such as native dune landscaping and water control infrastructure. The expansion is expected to create several hundred full- and part-time jobs across construction, food service, and hospitality.
