The 11 for Health project aims to promote and give a better health profile, physical fitness, mental and social well-being, and greater health awareness through football training. The project will develop a needs analysis and research report, a platform with football exercises related to the physical performance of children. The 11 for Health project will also encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among primary schools, football clubs, and sports schools in the targeted areas and contribute to achieving broader EU goals related to public health. Recognizing the growing concerns surrounding childhood obesity and sedentary lifestyles, the project seeks to address these issues by promoting non-formal education through football, a universally beloved sport. The project aims to empower children and youth with greater health awareness and promote positive lifestyle changes through a multi-faceted approach involving training sessions, grassroots outreach, and educational campaigns. By disseminating best practices and fostering cross-border cooperation, the project aspires to create a lasting impact on the physical, mental, and social well-being of schoolchildren across participating nations.
